Resident Chases Driver

A resident with a C-shaped driveway complained of people using it to turn around on the 200 block of Stonegate Road. At 8:45 p.m., he chased after a vehicle into Westmont to the 200 block of East Traube. The officer located the vehicle and spoke with the parents. He asked if their kids commonly used the Clarendon Hills driveway in question as a turn around to stop. The Clarendon Hills resident admitted that tonight was the first time with that particular car. Police advised him to call in with vehicle info rather than pursue.
