Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct After Traffic Incident: Police Blotter

Disorderly Conduct
Kyle A. Freed, 23, of the 2900 block of Saganashkee, Naperville, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 3:30 p.m. after making "comments of an alarming nature" to a resident after a traffic altercation in front of the person's house on the 900 block of South Monroe, according to police. Freed was released to appear in court.WEDNESDAY, JULY 10
Three Bad Calls
An elderly female received three phone calls of a harassing nature from an unknown suspect. The incidents occurred between 8:05 a.m. March 23 and 10:05 p.m. July 10. A case is pending.
