Man Caught Doing 108 MPH on Route 83: Police Blotter

Speeding More Than 40 MPH Over Limit
Ryan Scarpelli, 29, of the 800 block of South Salem Drive, Schaumburg, was issued a ticket for speeding 108 mph in a 55 mph zone. An officer stopped Scarpelli at 10:48 a.m. on southbound Route 83 between Ogden and Chicago avenues, according to a police report.
Suspended License I
Janet Katallo, 61, of the 1500 block of Clarendon Hills Road, Clarendon Hills, was charged with expired registration and driving while license suspended. An officer stopped Katallo at 8:37 a.m. at Holmes Avenue and 56th Street, according to a police report.SUNDAY, SEPT. 15

Suspended License II
Brandon Dodd, 34, of the 1600 block of South 9th Avenue, Maywood, was ticketed for driving while license suspended, driving while registration suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
