A patient at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital damaged a CT scan machine while hospital workers were attempting to provide the patient with a CT scan at 2:26 a.m.

Credit Card Fraud Reported

A known male used the credit card information of a resident from the 500 block of North County Line Road to transfer $209.97 of the victim’s money into his account at 11:44 a.m., police said.

SATURDAY, NOV. 30

Car Burglary Nets Purse

An unknown person broke a passenger-side window of a car parked in the Katherine Legge Memorial Park parking lot between 8:05 a.m. and 9 a.m. and stole a purse and wallet valued at $400 and containing $200 in additional cash, police said.

The case is currently pending.

THURSDAY, NOV. 28

Tires Slashed

An unknown vandal used something sharp to slash two tires on a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 800 block of South Madison Street between 5 p.m. Nov. 27 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 28, police said.

Each tire was valued at $120. The case is currently pending.

THURSDAY, NOV. 21

Teen Found With Stolen Cash

A 15-year-old male juvenile from Clarendon Hills was charged with possession of stolen property at 5:47 p.m. after he was found to be in possession of money that had been reported missing from a complainant’s backpack at Hinsdale Central, police said.

The backpack was left unattended in the school’s gymnasium when the money went missing. The juvenile was charged and released to appear in court.
