The Clarendon Hills Library welcomes independent chocolatier Sue Roulo on Monday, September 23rd at 7 pm. Audience members will learn about the history of chocolate while customizing their own chocolate truffles with any of a variety of delicious coatings. Everyone will receive a gift box for their creations as well as complete instructions on how to make chocolate truffles from scratch at home.
