Free Power Low Impact Aerobics Class at Clarendon Hills Park District

The Clarendon Hills Park District will offer a complimentary Power Low Impact Aerobics class for adults from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday evening, June 12.  Instructor Laura Admire will lead an invigorating cardioscular workout consisting of rhythmic, continuous movements which are generally low impact and designed to reduce stress on the joints.  Come prepared to burn calories and have fun!  Although this introductory session is free of charge, advance registration at the Community Center is required.
