Clarendon Hills Seniors to Enjoy Lake Geneva Tour

The Clarendon Hills Park District's Rainbow Club for active adults ages 50 and better will enjoy an all day tour of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin on Thursday, June 27.  A luxury motor coach will depart from the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, at at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the trip and will return to the western suburbs by 6:00 p.m..  The first stop of the day will be a two hour boat cruise which will circle around the beautiful and historic Lake Geneva.  A tour guide will provide highlights of the historic mansions and natural areas which surround this Wisconsin resort community.  Following the boat tour, Rainbow Club travelers will enjoy lunch and a guided tour of Baker House, a mansion which is on the National Register of Historic Places.  Costumed guides will provide a guided tour of this lovely estate.  The last stop of the day will be a shopping tour of the downtown Lake Geneva area.  Cost of this trip is $75.00 per person.  Please register at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, no later than Friday, May 31.
