Giant Footprint Makes Clarendon Hills Debut

CH CO2 filled their footprint for the first time before Wednesday night's Dancin' in the Street concert.

The giant footprint at the site of the old Clarendon Hills police station was filled for the first time before Wednesday night's Dancin' in the Street concert.

CH CO2 is name of the group started by residents Robin Randall and Sheetal Rao that developed the idea to fill the five-toed form each week this summer with different eco-friendly items in an effort to promote reducing carbon emissions.

In advance of each Dancin' in the Street concert, the group will fill the footprint and take an eagle-eye photo to share with the community.

This week the footprint was filled with plants and flowers. The eagle-eye photo is above.
