Rick Schneider, Neighbor

Rick Schneider is a student at Elmhurst College.  He is studying mathematics and business with a focus on accounting and actuarial science.  He is also the sports editor of the college newspaper, <i>The Leader</i>.  As a sports editor Rick has received recognition from the Illinois College Press Association (ICPA).  He received an honorable mention for a column that he wrote, was part of a first-place award in an open category for a special edition (2009 Orientation Issue) and earned a second-place honor in general excellence for small school papers in Illinois. 

Rick also tutors math at Elmhurst College Learning Center.
