Most people want to change their body or health to fix what they don't like or want from their body. Choosing where your are allows you to leave it behind and choose another healthier, leaner path.
Focusing on the body you don't like will cause you to perpetuate the problem. In this video I offer a perspective you might use to help you make peace with your current body weight "problem."
Whether you are trying to fix your own body weight problem or help someone else with theirs, you won't get far in changing things if your action is done in the guise of trying to fix the problem.
Most people feel there are things they HAVE to do in order to lose weight but there's a huge difference between HAVING and WANTING to do something--it's often difference between success and failure.
Taking actions that you are unspired to do in order to lose weight will only hold you back or slow you down. Don't waste your time and effort doing something you aren't inspired to do!
Taking nourishing actions like exercising and eating well while you dislike yourself or your body (which lack internal nourishment) may not be enough to change your body or health.
