SUNDAY, MAY 19 Francisco Rodriguez, 21, of the 2900 block of North Pulaski, Chicago, was charged with DUI, DUI .08 or more, disobeying a stop sign and driving an uninsured vehicle. Police said they stopped Walters at 4:09 a.m. at 4th and Vine streets for disobeying a stop sign, according to a report. Rodriguez was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during the traffic stop. He submitted a breath sample with blood alcohol content over .08. He was charged and released to appear in court. A passenger in Rodriguez’s vehicle had a warrant for probation violation from Florida, the report said. The passenger was taken into custody and transported to the DuPage County Jail.
