Hinsdale Center for the Arts Showcases Student Work

The latest exhibit features oils, acrylics, watercolors and charcoal.

Going on now and continuing through Oct. 2, people in Hinsdale can get a glimpse of the artistic talent in the area. "The Center of Our Imagination" features the work of 22 adult students of the Hinsdale Center for the Arts. A combination of oils, acrylics, watercolors and charcoal adorn the walls and show off the work of new artists who have been painting between one and eight years. HCA executive director Thomas De Walle is proud of the work coming out of the art classes at the center. "There seems to be a broadening audience to take on art classes," he said.
