Hinsdale Central Cross Country Teams Competing at State

More Red Devils state titles could be on the way this weekend.
Following first-place state finishes by the boys golf and girls tennis teams, Hinsdale Central's boys and girls cross country teams will be competing at the IHSA 3A state meet Saturday at Detweiller Park in Peoria.
The boys won a sectional title last weekend on their home turf at KLM Park, according to the IHSA. Senior Billy Magnesen led the boys team with a time of 14:43.
The girls finished third in the Hinsdale Central Sectional, behind Lockport and Downers South. Red Devils freshman Alexa Haff, however, won the individual sectional title with a time of 16:50.
