24th Hinsdale Humane Society Pet Walk Set for June 2
The event is the largest fundraiser for the Hinsdale Humane Society and will be held at Katherine Legge Memorial Park on June 2.
The Hinsdale Humane Society will be holding its annual Pet Walk fundraiser on June 2 in Katherine Legge Memorial Park from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. on June 2, 2013.
Events at the popular Pet Walk, which will be HHS’s 24th annual, will include a pet-show contest (complete with a “Doggy Cupcake Eating Contest” to celebrate the 60th) show-dog demonstrations, games, a K-9 unit demo, pet-item vendors, veterinarians, a petting zoo, a “pet psychic” and even an appearance from McGruff the Crime Dog.
Registration forms are available at the Society’s Hinsdale building, Participants can also register online and create their own fundraising pages.
