The Hinsdale Inferno 8th grade girls won the Grayslake Invitational Tournament for 8th grade girls feeder basketball teams Feb. 27. The Hinsdale Inferno is the feeder team for Hinsdale Central High School.
The eleven girls who make up the Hinsdale Inferno team pictured starting in the front row are Nikki Moore, Alecia Gulledge, Lyneth Dresler, Payton Kadich, Suzanne Skibicki, Katie Callahan, Meredith Dodson, Gabrielle Rush, Brooke Istvan, Lauren Fuller, and Audrey Pound.
The Inferno are coached by Lisa Ballenger. The Inferno went undefeated in the tournament, which featured feeder teams of 8th grade girls going to the respective high schools. High schools represented in the tournament included Stevenson, Grayslake Central, Grayslake North, Warren, and Kaneland High Schools.
