Pumpkin Carving at the Clarendon Hills Park District

There will be all treats and no tricks when the Clarendon Hills Park District hosts a family pumpkin carving party from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.  This afternoon of Halloween fun will be held at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills.  Each family will be provided with a pumpkin to carve and will also receive a useful set of carving tools. The classic family film, "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" will be shown as families make jack-o-lantern creations to take home.  Cost of this program is $7.00 per family for residents of Clarendon Hills; $9.00 for non-residents. Please register in advance at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills.
