Power Aerobics at The Community House
Join us at The Community House for a total body-conditioning exercise program, designed for people who love a workout! Classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:15 to 10:15 am and include high-low aerobics, step and interval training. These high-energy classes also include muscle strengthening and flexibility training. To better accommodate your schedule, you may purchase a 5-punch card for $30 (members) $50 (Guests) or a 10-punch card for $50 (Members) $70 (Guests).
