Clarendon Hills Senior Trip to Indiana Amish Country

The Clarendon Hills Park District's Rainbow Club for active adults ages 50 and better will journey to Indiana Amish Country on Tuesday, May 31.  This all day trip will include a tour through world famous Shipshewana, which features beautiful gardens planted by the local Amish.  There will also be time to shop at the local flea market and to explore downtown Shipshewana, where the local Amish arrive in horse drawn buggies.  Dinner will be served at Das Dutchman Essenhaus.  The $75 fee includes all transportation and a delicious dinner.  Please register at the Community Center, 315 Chicago Avenue, by Tuesday, April 26.  For information, call 630-323-2626.
