Attention Sport Parents and Super Fans!

As each new sporting season begins at the high school level, Patch editors start to get calls about covering the local sporting activities. We love the excitement and the competition of high school athletes, and we know you do too!

These days, there's a sport for everyone: offers everything from badminton to football. With so many sports to cover, it can be tough for us to get out to every single game—there's just not enough time in the weekend.

So, if you're a super fan, or the parent of a student athlete, Patch would like your help! Say, for example, you're a water polo fanatic, or the proud mom of a soccer star—you could be our expert, and help share your team's memories with other parents and the community.

What you need to know:

• Blog when you want! There's no commitment to a number of posts or a time when it has to be in.
• Keep it snappy! We're not looking for a novel on every game. Just give us an update on the final score, tell us about some spectacular plays, or give us your analysis on the season.
• Record it for the memories! Other parents want to see those pictures you snap at the games too. Patch can be the place where you show them off, share them with other parents and help keep the community connected.
