While modern technology like cell phones, emails and social networking are designed to make life easier and more fun, most of us are getting increasingly stressed out. The impact of stress is cumulative and leads to a gamut of negative emotions like tension, fear, distress, apprehension, and anxiety. On thephysical level, it causes health problems such as headaches, acidity, ulcers, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
