Birches' Raschke gives talk titled ‘Memory Matters’
Jackie Raschke will present a free program titled, “Memory Matters,” at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Indian Prairie Library, 401 Plainfield Rd., Darien.
She will share tips on keeping the brain mentally sharp through diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices which may help reduce the risk of dementia.
“Like other parts of the body, the brain may lose agility with age,” Raschke said, “but it can deteriorate even more if you do...n’t take care of it. I will offer up-to-date information about making the most of your brain health.”
