 ,   Add to calendar
 Hinsdale-Clarendon Hills  See map

Ages 6-12. Students will study how an artist must consider the weight of material and the force of gravity to create balance and movement in a sculpture. They will then create dynamic and exciting sculptures using wire and Dura Lar.  In this course students will design and make a series of wire sculptures that illustrate a variety of different subject matter in motion. Using the Dura Lar students will create abstract mobiles that gently move. We will look at animals and figures as inspiration for our figurative and abstract work.

Congratulations to Dr. Jane Dillon, who as her patient while in private practice, I have known to beRead More a caring, skilled, and excellent doctor when I had serious medical problems related to my ears. While her new position will help many, I personally will miss her being in private practice.
