District 181 Invites Parents and Residents to a Community Conversation
The discussion is a follow-up conversation about the school district.
The District 181 school board and Superintendent Renée Schuster are extending an invitation to parents, staff and other residents to a follow-up conversation about their elementary school district.
“The Board and administration are beginning to assess our financial plan for the next school year and some areas of possible change in the curriculum. This is the ideal time to invite our stakeholders to join the conversation,” said Dr. Renée Schuster.
Two Community Engagement sessions will take place during March. Each will last 90 minutes and feature small group discussion. Each group will have a facilitator and note taker, so all conversations will be compiled and shared with the school board and community. Residents may attend either session. Both Community Engagement meetings begin at 7 p.m. and will end by 8:30 p.m.
