Proposed 4-Level Condo Building In Downtown Clarendon Hills On Thursday Agenda

The Clarendon Hills Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will discuss at its Thursday night meeting the special use permit application of a developer looking to turn the currently vacant lot at 88 Park Ave. into a condominium development.

The proposed development, which would be located at the southeast corner of Park and Prospect, would contain four levels and include 11 units.

The developer is expected to present a "conceptual plan presentation" to the ZBA, according to Thursday's agenda.

The presentation is meant to be informal and will include an "exchange of ideas" between the developer and board members.

The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall boardroom.
