Shive Hattery is designing the development, which will include two buildings to be constructed on the remainder of the formerly blighted property. The city is finalizing the construction cost and project details.
The city is aiming for work to begin in the fall. Residents can call Dan Gombac at 630-353-8106 if they have questions about the project.
