Pair of Skis, Laptop Computer Stolen from Car: Police Blotter

Clarendon Hills police reports, Sept. 20-26.

Skis, Laptop Taken from Car

Someone entered an unlocked car parked in a driveway in the 200 block of Woodstock Avenue and took from it a pair of skis and a laptop some time during the overnight hours between Sept. 23 and Sept. 24.

The total value of the missing items is estimated at $500, police said. There are no suspects.

SEPT. 20

Change in Car Stolen

Approximately $5 in change was taken from an unlocked car parked in the 5600 block fo Forest Hill Drive between Sept. 18 and Sept. 20. Police say there are no suspects.

Another Car Entered

A resident reported that his or her car had been entered while it was parked unlocked in the 5700 block of Concord Lane between 6 p.m. Sept. 19 and 6:45 a.m. Sept. 20. 

Nothing was missing from the car and a formal complaint was not made.
