The Hinsdale Police Department is investigating a report of a possible battery of a dementia patient, according to the Hinsdale Police Department report.
Police said the victim's family was notified by Manor Care, 600 W. Ogden Ave., of some bruising on the patient. The bruising occurred sometime between 7 a.m. on Feb. 7 and 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 8, according to the police report.
The cause of the bruising is under investigation, according to the police report.
