Man Charged With Supplying Liquor at Graduation Party: Police Blotter

SUNDAY, JULY 14

Underage Drinking Party

Gregory L. Roszkowski, 58, of the first block of Chestnut, was charged with illegal supply of liquor to minors. A large underage drinking party was reported at 10:55 p.m. on the first block of Chestnut Avenue. Police found about 40 of juveniles at the home. Roszkowski was hosting a graduation party and supplied the alcohol, according to police. The kids' parents were all called and they came to pick up the kids.

The Chicken Search

Police at 3:03 a.m. pulled behind a vehicle that had its driver's and passenger doors open on the first block of Iroquois Drive. A male subject was laying halfway out of the car, police said. The male lost his baby chicken under the driver's seat. Police could hear the bird clucking, but was unable to coax it out. The male said he would try to get the bird out in the morning.
