In Court This Week: Man Who Allegedly Punched Nurse, Barrett-D86 Dispute
Here are a few of the cases Patch is keeping its eye on this week.
Two local cases as well as several other high-profile ones are back in DuPage County Court this week.
Hinsdale—The returns to court Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 2009. The hearing is expected to be focused on the district's motion to dismiss the case.
Hinsdale—Timothy Kim, at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital last December, is also scheduled for a Monday morning status hearing status hearing at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 4012.

Downers Grove—, who has pleaded guilty to murdering his wife and unborn child in May 2010, is scheduled to appear for a brief hearing on his pre-sentence report on Aug. 9. His sentencing is set for Aug. 16.
Elmhurst—, accused of leaving the scene of a fatal accident last year, is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 9.
's divorce case returns to court on Aug. 9. In addition to the divorce, Luchetta is charged with attempting to poison her 7-year-old son.

Lisle—, the Naperville man accused of attempting to pay for an attack on an estate executor last fall, is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 10.
Naperville—Clarence Guyton and Brandon Reynolds, two of , are scheduled for arraignments this week.
Woodridge—, a Woodridge mom charged with child endangerment, is back in court on Aug. 11 for a status hearing.
