DuPage DUI Arrests, June 23 Edition

BURR RIDGE

June 1: Deividas Vizgaitis, 21, of the 6700 block of Quincy Street, Willowbrook, was charged with driving under the influence and cited for speeding. Vizgaitis was arrested at 8:18 a.m. on the 7600 block of South County Line Road after police initiated a traffic stop on his 1994 Lexus.

ELMHURST

June 16: Marcin Sanetra, 27, of the 8500 block of North Arnold Avenue, River Grove, was arrested and charged with DUI, disobeying a traffic control device and leaving the scene of an accident after his black Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in a hit-and-run accident with a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old Bensenville woman at York and North at 8:05 a.m., police said. Two witnesses followed Sanetra and blocked him in at Willow and Third, and forced him to go back to the scene, police said.

June 15:

  • Esdras Lopez, 26, of the 300 block of South Addison, Addison, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over his green Toyota Avalon for improper lane use at Lake and Route 83 at 9:25 p.m. Police said he provided officers with a false name, and was found to have two warrants for failure to appear on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license. He was taken to DuPage County Jail, where he remains on a total bond of $8,150.
  • Tracy Kennedy, 23, of the first block of Maple Street, Three Oaks, Mich., was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI and driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Lexus for disobeying a traffic signal at Emroy and North at 3:54 a.m. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.
  • Theodore Krillies, 33, of the 400 block of South Riverside, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his red Buick Rendevous for improper lane use at York and First streets at 2:15 a.m. He was released on bond.

June 13:

  • Jennilee Billard, 25, of the 500 block of Gundersen Drive, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and driving without insurance after the green Pontiac G6 she was driving was involved in an accident with a car driven by a 28-year-old Elmhurst woman at North and West at 4:53 p.m. She was released on bond.
  • Bernardino Villasenor, 50, of the 1200 block of North Elmwood, Oak Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over his black Mercedes Benz for failure to signal at Park and Cottage Hill at 12:26 a.m. He was released on bond.

GLEN ELLYN

June 16: Paul E. DeLeon, 49, of the 900 block of North Grace, Lombard, was charged at 1:52 a.m. with DUI and speeding at Roosevelt Road and Surrey, police said. 

June 11: Suan K. Thang, 42, of the 500 block of Park Plaza, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 12:54 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Park with DUI and improper lane usage, police said.

June 9: Jason G. Gojdas, 34, of the 1300 block of Eagle Street, Naperville, was charged at 2:56 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Abbey with DUI and improper lane usage, police said.

 

HINSDALE

June 16: John K. Murray, 51, of the 500 block of West 32nd Street, Chicago, was charged with the following: 

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol
  • Speeding
  • Failure to signal
  • Driving while license suspended

Police at 1:49 a.m. stopped Murray at Ogden Avenue and Route 83 for speeding, according to a report. He was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and refused a breath test to determine blood alcohol level. He was charged and released to appear in court.

June 13: Joseph Kuspar, 59, of the 500 block of Columbia Road, Hinsdale, was charged with DUI alcohol and failure to yield at an intersection. Police arrested Kuspar after they were dispatched at 7:08 a.m. to an accident on the 500 block of Columbia Road.

Kuspar was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and refused a breath test to determine blood alcohol level, police said. He was charged and released to appear in court.

LEMONT

June 14: Aimee N. Falls, 43, of the 100 block of East 11th Street, Lockport, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Mirta Circle. She was charged with driving under the influence and with only one red taillight. Falls was issued a July 23 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

 

LISLE

May 27: Nance J. Bonniwell, 56, of the 5500 block of Ranier, Lisle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bonniwell was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on the 1100 block of Maple Avenue after Lisle police investigated a traffic accident, according to a report. Bonniwell was also charged with failure to notify after striking an unattended vehicle. 

WHEATON

June 10:

  • Police charged Margaret Mae, 65, of the 1100 block of Loughborough Court, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Mae was arrested at 8:20 p.m. at her home, according to a police report. Mae was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that night.
  • Police charged Michael A. Stone, 54, of One Wheaton Center, Wheaton, with driving under the influence of drugs and felony possession of a controlled substance. Stone was arrested at 2:09 a.m. at County Farm and Manchester roads, according to a police report. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning. 

WOODRIDGE

May 25: Ramez Magharious, 35, of the 6300 block of Waterford Court, Willowbrook, was charged at 11:10 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding following a traffic stop on the 8100 block of Lemont Road.
