DUI, Underage Drinking, Pot Possession: Police Blotter

Hinsdale police reports, Aug. 13-20

MONDAY, AUG. 20

Pot Possession 

Two 15-year-old male juveniles were observed out past curfew near the intersection of Grant Street and Hinsdale Avenue at 2:12 a.m. and one was found to be in possession of cannabis, according to police.

The juvenile found with cannabis is from Hinsdale. He was charged with violating curfew and possession of cannabis. The other juvenile is from Evanston, and was charged with violating curfew. The two were released to parents.

FRIDAY, AUG. 17

Underage Drinking

Marc A. Rayis, 19, of the 600 block of West Hickory Street, Hinsdale, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol after police responded to a suspicious circumstance report in the 900 block of south Elm Street. Police said they observed Ravis to be under the influence of alcohol while sitting on a curb.

Police said Ravis also had a marijuana pipe. He was charged with possession of alcohol under 21 and possession of drug equipment. He was released to appear in court.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 15

DUI

Mark A. Pisoni, 47, of the 2200 block of Maple Lane, Aurora, was charged with DUI after police said he was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop. Police stopped him for failure to signal and improper lane usage on Route 83 near 55th Street at 12:49 a.m. Pisoni refused to take a breath test, according to a police report.

Pisoni was charged with DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper lane usage and failure to signal. He was released to appear in court.
