Police Blotter information is provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify us by emailing joe.odonnell@patch.com. We will verify and report the outcome.

Thanks for sharing the informative blog. The DUI rules must be spread and people should be aware of the status regularly. http://www.halfpricelawyers.com/personal-injury

It is shaming people BEFORE they are CONVICTED of a crime. Is this blog legal? Do they say anywhere that these people are INNOCENT until proven guilty in a court of law? How about the people that are found NOT guilty? I don't see any redactions here either. I just think this should only be printed AFTER their day in court.

Hi Tracy, Thanks for sharing your opinion. Here's the disclaimer we run with each police blotter post: "Police Blotter information is provided by local law enforcement agencies.
