DUI Charge Filed Against Man Stopped for Driving on Wrong Side of 55th Street

Three DUIs between May 24 and May 28 were reported by the Hinsdale Police Department.

DUI—Jason R. Kilburn, of 8441 Lemont Rd. in Downers Grove, was charged with DUI and other offenses after he was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during a stop in the 800 block of West 55th Street for driving on the wrong side of the road and hitting a traffic barricade in a two-lane construction zone at 12:32 a.m. May 26, according to the .

Kilburn, 56, refused to submit to a breath test. He was charged with DUI, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and driving with an expired registration. He was released to appear in court.

DUI—Hector Camargo, of 4233 S. California Ave. in Chicago, was charged with DUI after he was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during a stop for disobeying a traffic control device near the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Washington Street at 10:18 p.m. May 24, and failed an ensuing breath test.

Camargo, 31, was charged with DUI and disobeying a traffic control device and was released to appear in court.

DUI—Joshua C. Dickson, of 2233 S. Highland Ave. #305 in Lombard, was charged with DUI after he was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop for improper lane usage on Route 83, between 31st Street and Ogden Avenue, at 1:18 a.m. May 28, and refused to submit to a breath test.

Dickson, 37, was charged with DUI and improper lane usage. He was released to appear in court.
