Naperville—School district officials are objecting to a request by the attorney for John Carbonaro who wants to obtain school records of two students at Naperville North High School, where . Carbonaro's attorney sent subpoenas to the school for records of the girl who prosecutors said was fondled by Carbonaro in 2010, as well as records of a second girl, according to court documents. Carbonaro, 34, was indicted on eight counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in March. He returns to court Jan. 6.
