CH Teen Charged With Resisting Police, Alcohol Possession in Hinsdale

SUNDAY, OCT. 13
Minor Resists Police, Possesses Alcohol
A 17-year-old male juvenile from Clarendon Hills was charged with the following:- Disorderly conduct
- Resisting an officer
- Possession of alcohol by a person under 21
- Possession of tobacco by a person under 18
Police located the juvenile near Hinsdale Central High School on the 5500 block of South Grant. He ran from police, but was apprehended quickly thereafter, the report said.
The juvenile was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and was found to be in possession of tobacco, according to police. He was issued citations and released to a parent's custody.
SATURDAY, OCT. 12
Windows Busted, iPad Taken
Someone broke windows out of three parked vehicles and stole an $899 iPad and some purses. The incident occurred between 11:28 a.m. and 12:29 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Veeck Park parking lot, according to police. A case is pending.TUESDAY, OCT. 8
Hit and Run
