Hinsdale Man Cited for Pot
Thomas Lagor, 23, of the 700 block of West Wilson Lane, Hinsdale, was cited with a local ordinance violation for possession of cannabis after the smell of burnt cannabis was detected in his vehicle during a speeding stop near the intersection of 55th Street and Clarendon Hills Road at 10:17 p.m., and police said the drug was found in his possession.
Police said Lagor was charged with speeding, as well. He was released to appear in court.

Wooden Posts Stolen from Lions Club
Six wooden posts worth an estimated $600 were taken from the Clarendon Hills Lions Club property in the 100 block of Byrd Court sometime during the weekend of Nov. 16 to Nov. 18, police said.
The posts are six- to eight-feet long and used for the club's Christmas display. Police said the area was fenced off during the above time period. There are no suspects at this time.

Northlake Man Cited for Possession
Alex A. Zabokowski, of the 200 block of Medill Avenue, Northlake, was cited with a local ordinance violation for possession of cannabis after the smell of burnt cannabis was detected in Zabokowski's vehicle during a speeding stop near the intersection of Route 83 and Ogden Avenue at 2:20 a.m., and the drug was found in his possession, police said.
He was released to appear in court.
