$5,000 Generator Stolen from Clarendon Hills Office Building

Also during the last week, a woman was charged with having unrestrained animals after her two dogs attacked another person's dog.

Theft—A generator worth $5,000 was taken at an unknown time by an unknown suspect from an office complex at 55 Ogden Ave., according to the Clarendon Hills Police Department.

The complex noticed theft and reported it on Feb. 15. The generator, which sits near a building like an air conditioner, was installed in December. The case is currently under investigation.

Animal complaint—Klaudia Miholova, of 501 Carlisle Ave. in Clarendon Hills, was charged with violating a local ordinance by having unrestrained animals after two of her dogs got loose from their leash and jumped on another dog outside the condo complex at 5705 Holmes Ave. around 9 a.m. Feb. 12.

The owner of the attacked dog reported the offense to police.

Hit and run—A female complainant reported that her vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of Eastern Avenue on the afternoon of Feb. 11. The complainant was in a nearby salon at the time.

There were no witnesses and are no possible suspects.
