2 Men Charged With Felony Damage to PD After DUI Stop: Police

Felony Damage Follows DUI
Jonathan Madison, 23, of the 1300 block of High Point Drive, Romeoville, and Arsenyl Hall, 25, of the 400 block of East Avenue, La Grange, were charged with felony damage to state-supported property, police said, after Hall kicked in a Clarendon Hills Police Department window while waiting for Madison to be processed for DUI at 4:56 a.m., and Madison knocked over two light posts in front of the department after Hall was taken into custody.
The damage took place after Madison was observed to be under the influence of alcohol during a 1:32 a.m. speeding stop on northbound Route 83 near Ogden Avenue, police said. Hall was a passenger in the vehicle.
Madison was charged with DUI in addition to the felony damage. Both men were transported to DuPage County Jail.
THURSDAY, DEC. 5
Suspended License
Daniel Arteaga, 25, of the 2000 block of North Lawndale Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a 9:36 a.m. traffic stop near the intersection of Route 83 and Knoll Wood Road, police said.
He was released to appear in court.
