GLEN ELLYN—Glen Ellyn Modifies Roosevelt Road TIF District; Parkside, Park Plaza Residents No Longer Included—The Village of Glen Ellyn's Board of Trustees will vote on the final TIF District boundaries on Sept. 9.

ELMHURST—Couple Found With Drugs, Bloody Rags and a Toddler in Their Vehicle, Police Say—Elmhurst police said they found track marks on the suspects; both are facing child endangerment charges.
