Hinsdale Obituaries: 63-Year Resident, Brush Hill Co-Founder Vivian T. Budelman

The following obituaries were recently featured on Legacy.com:

Vivian T. Budelman, of Hinsdale, died on Dec. 12, 2013. Ms. Budelman was a 63-year resident of Hinsdale, a co-founder of Brush Hill Realtors, and a member at Hinsdale Golf Club. She is survived by her children, Jane Heenan, Tom, Tiff and Jim Budelman; her six grandchildren; and her six great-grandchildren. An obituary for Ms. Budelman was published in the Dec. 19 edition of The Doings.

Kathleen D. Koza, of Hinsdale, was the wife of James and mother of Jefferey and Daniel. A visitation was held Dec. 12 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home in Countryside, and a funeral mass took place Dec. 13 at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Hinsdale. Donations to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) are encouraged. An obituary for Ms. Koza was published in the Chicago Tribune from Dec. 11 to Dec. 12.

Dr. William Joseph Tansey II, 76, of Hinsdale, was the husband of Jacqueline, father of William, John, Michael, Michelle, Melissa Sokban, Timothy, Joseph and Mary Therese Tansey, and grandfather of 13. A graduate of Loyola Academy and Loyola University of Chicago, Dr. Tansey worked as an orthopedic surgeon at Good Samaritan, St. Anne's, and Loretto hospitals. A visitation is being held Friday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and a funeral mass is being held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Oakbrook Terrace. Donations to Catholic Charities are encouraged. An obituary for Dr. Tansey was published in the Chicago Tribune on Dec. 22.
