Hinsdale Humane Society Unveils Redesigned Website

The theme of the website is, "Celebrating pets and the people who love them."

The announced the launch of their newly redesigned website www.hinsdalehumanesociety.org. The website focuses on "Celebrating pets and the people who love them" and showcases heartwarming stories and photos throughout the site. The website prominently features available animals, the adoption process, HHS programs and services and volunteer opportunities.  In addition, the new site will include FAQ’s, video clips of adoptable animals, search functions, and a shopping cart.

“The Hinsdale Humane Society’s goal is to be a resource to the community,” executive director Lori Halligan said. “The new site’s improved navigation and ease of use will enhance our ability to fulfill our mission to provide for homeless animals.”

The website features a clean, modern, professional and organized design with a focus on the animal human bond. From conception and strategy to design and development, the project has been in progress for approximately nine months.  

The Hinsdale Humane Society, a 58-year-old local non-profit organization, is dedicated to the care and adoption homeless animals. The shelter also offers free humane education programs, foster care programs, dog obedience classes and animal assisted therapy programs.
