A unique brewmaster’s dinner highlighting the spices of Mexico and the flavors of 5 Rabbits Brewery will be featured at Hinsdale’s CiNe restaurant on Wednesday, January 15 at 7PM. The unique four -course menu designed by Executive Chef Yanni Sanchez complements four craft beer pairings and is priced at $50 per person including tax and gratuity. 5 Rabbits Brewmaster John Hall will be on hand to answer questions.

CiNe Restaurant is located at 29 E. First Street and is open for dinner six days a week. It is housed in the former Hinsdale Theater which was originally constructed in 1926 and has maintained many of its Renaissance revival features including exposed brick and detailed custom molding.
CiNe is part of a family restaurant group owned by Peter and Dana Burdi; all are located in historic downtown Hinsdale.
