Empowering women as individuals and as a community since 1881, AAUW has a long and distinguished history of advancing educational and professional opportunities for women locally, nationally, and around the globe.
The Hinsdale-Oak Brook area chapter is proud to announce this year’s scholarship winners---young women from both Hinsdale Central and Hinsdale South high schools who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance. These women will use their AAUW award to further their educations at a variety of universities.
From Hinsdale Central High School, the recipients are Cayley Brenk, Allison Gelman, Amanda Koronkiewicz, and Caroline Sudduth.

From Hinsdale South High School, the recipients are Emily Ferrando, McKinsey Hultmark, and Melanie Lofren.
AAUW Scholarships are funded by proceeds from the annual Scholarship Home Tour.
