1. HMS Has 'Serious' Air Quality, Moisture Issues, Schuster Says: Recent burst pipes caused by extreme weather has led District 181 officials to believe the issues are more serious than previously thought, but HMS staff members have been worried for a number of years.

2. 2 Hinsdale Burglaries Reported Tuesday Night: One of the homes broken into is located in the 300 block of Forest Road, and the other is located in the 200 block of North Washington Street.

3. FTC Suit Against Infiniti of Clarendon Hills Over Deceptive Advertising Settled: The dealership advertised "no money down" leases that, in fact, included up-front costs.

4. Beanie Babies Creator Ty Warner Gets Probation For Tax Evasion: Warner plead guilty to failing to report $24.4 million in income and evading $5.6 million in federal taxes.

5. Hinsdale Boy on National TV Again After 2nd NFL PP&K Title: Luke Adams was on national TV again Sunday night after winning the NFL Punt, Pass & Kick title.
