Love Yourself, Love Others

On February 15th from 1-3pm, Love Letters to Yourself is partnering with Stone Soup & Lemonade, WAR Chest Boutique: Naperville and Mutual Ground to present an amazing VDay event!

We will be at WAR Chest Boutique in Naperville and everyone who comes
will be able to not only focus on their own self love & empowerment
but also share that love and empowerment with other women. We'll have a
activity where women will write something they love about themselves on
a piece of paper. That affirmation will be a
constant reminder to always look positively at yourself. There will
also be an option to have your photo taken to add to the love letters
photo album. Then guests will be able to write a letter to the women in
the safe houses that WAR Chest Boutique partners with. Also at 1:30,
we will have some of the lovely WAR Chest Boutique ladies talk to us
about what they do as well as Mutual Ground speak to us to raise our
awareness of the world around us so we can continue to share our light
and love to empower others.

Stone Soup & Lemonade is a
wonderful women's group whose purpose is to use the collaborative
philosophy of the "Stone Soup Tale" plus the overcoming attitude of,
"When life gives you lemons, make lemonade" to help create a better life
for ourselves and our world. They create a safe place for expression
and celebration of our lives.

Love Letters to Yourself is a
local group that encourages those around them to begin their journey of
self love through writing a letter to themselves. They also focus on
sharing that love to empower others around the world.

WAR Chest
Boutique is a nonprofit boutique, part of Women At Risk, International,
a group that rescues women from Human Trafficking. Items in the store
are made or sourced by an at risk woman or rescued woman who is staying
in one of their partnering safe houses.

Mutual Ground was
founded in 1975, with the goal of providing programs that focus on
Safety, Healing and Prevention for victims of domestic violence and
sexual assault and their families. Mutual Ground is now one of the
largest and oldest domestic violence/sexual assault agencies in the
state of Illinois. All services are victim-centered and focus on
advocacy that empowers each individual to make her/his own decisions
