The Clarendon Hills Park District will present a "Zumba" class from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings at the Community Center, Jan. 20-Feb. 24. This adult class features interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. This fitness program also incorporates a Latin flavor and international music into the mix.
