Guests are invited to enjoy an exclusive mezcal dinner at CiNe in Downtown Hinsdale, on Wednesday, January 30. CiNe has teamed up with Zignum Mezcal to host a special evening featuring modern Mexican cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Yanni Sanchez, and mezcal cocktails prepared by in-house mixologist Kai Collins. The event will be hosted by Zignum ambassador, Javier Flores.
For $80 per person, guests will enjoy a four-course dinner complete with selected mezcal pairings. On hand will be a representative from the Mexican Consulate to support the event, and Blanca Bertier of Sabores Autentico de Mexico to share information on Oaxaca and other mezcal regions of Mexico. Featured menu items include Chintestle Jumbo Scallops, Guajillo Braised Short Ribs, Lagostinos served over Guichinguina Sauce, and more.
