Wednesday's Morning Report: Scapa Holds Vino van Gogh Event

1. , 1 Walker Ave. in Clarendon Hills, is hosting its Vino van Gogh event Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Attendees get to paint their own version of a van Gogh classic while sipping wine and snacking on appetizers. Admission is $38. .
