VIDEO: Soldier Talks About Coming Home from Afghanistan

A Clarendon Hills parade was held Sunday for Army Spc. Mark Brownlow, who has served two tours in Afghanistan.

As the entire nation reflected Sunday on the tragic events that led to two wars abroad, family and friends in Clarendon Hills welcomed home Army Spc. Mark Brownlow with a parade after the soldier returned from his second tour in Afghanistan to his wife Lynn Reyrao-Brownlow and his 3-year-old son Seth.

Brownlow, who joined the U.S. Army Reserves in 2005, has been a part-time firefighter in Clarendon Hills and a full-time emergency medical technician at .

Sunday's parade began at 11 a.m. and was organized by the and the .
