Two Weeks of Dancin' in the Street Left: Wednesday's Morning Report

1. It's Wednesday, which means it's Dancin' in the Street night in downtown Clarendon Hills. This week, music will be supplied by Hello Nuvo and food by Talley's Kitchen + Bar. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.

2. Skies will be partly sunny Wednesday and the high temperature will reach 90 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. There's a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Wednesday night, mostly cloudy skies and a low of 71 degrees are expected.

3. wants folks to know about the "How Does Your Engine Run?" program at Charlie's Gift Autism Center in Downers Grove, which takes place Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. "HDYER can be a useful and practical approach to support self-regulation for all ages and challenges (including but not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD/ADHD, and Sensory Integration Dysfunction)," reads. "Children learn quickly about self-regulation through talking about their own engine."

4. The Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce meets Wednesday morning at Village Hall. The meeting begins at 9 a.m.
